AVA are currently supporting a renewable energy operator who are currently looking to expand their Corporate Development team. They are looking for a driven individual who is hands on and hard working with their approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and maintain the project financial model across wind developments, solar developments, hydrogen, and ammonia
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate Capital Market opportunities and assist in due diligence processes
Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the development and refinement of corporate strategies
Prepare and present analysis findings, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling.
1-4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or IPP related roles.
Renewable transaction experience
Comprehensive scope in M&A, Project Development, Financial Modelling, and Project Finance.
