An entertainment/consumer brand is looking for an Amazon Operations Coordinator to oversee key milestones, analyze sales data, and collaborate with internal teams to support the Amazon assortment and strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, including item uploads, catalog refinement, and pricing adjustments. They should be skilled in resolving inventory issues, managing shipping processes, and responding to customer feedback and returns.

PAY: $28/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the milestone calendar to ensure all prerequisites are fulfilled, facilitating the implementation of merchandise strategy for Amazon and timely assortment uploads for launch dates.
  • Evaluate sales data to identify potential opportunities within each franchise/category, aiming to enhance SKU productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Sourcing teams to back the Amazon assortment and strategy.
  • Develop and sustain quarterly assortment plans.
  • Track and address issues with Amazon Seller Support, as well as manage customer feedback, comments, and returns.
  • Engage in weekly cross-functional meetings to advance business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in managing daily tasks within Amazon Seller Central.
  • Skilled in uploading and maintaining item listings.
  • Experienced in refining product catalogs.
  • Capable of troubleshooting stranded inventory.
  • Knowledgeable in managing shipping processes.
  • Adept at setting and adjusting pricing.
