Leading the training and development of Store Managers will be an integral responsibility of this leader.Responsibilities include:Coach, train, and develop Store Managers and Agents in all aspects of sales in a multi-location, retail environmentLead recruiting efforts within the regionSet short-term and long-range strategic sales and revenue goals in accordance with the directive of the Vice President of SalesMaintain effective communication with Store Managers and entire sales team to execute on a unified sales strategyCreate a positive atmosphere across the district and increase employee engagement and moraleMeasure and analyze productivity of employees within the districtMaintain payroll cost and other business expenses within company limits and goalsHold Store Managers and Agents accountable for goals and plans of actionTeach company policy, procedure, and culture to all employees within the districtMust have adequate knowledge to teach sales concepts and processes to a sales teamThe perfect match:Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent of experience/educationPrevious experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teamsUnderstanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethicsAbility to build relationships with sales customersAmbitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual Opportunity Employer.
