Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Specialist located in Auburn, WA. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day marketing communication tasks, including maintaining the annual promotions and campaign calendar considering key business objectives including product releases.


The successful candidate will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, as directed by the Marketing Manager, including detailed project planning, campaign timelines, production and agency management, and final execution via ARB-owned channels (i.e., eDM, social media, website, printed collateral etc.) and paid media channels.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Marketing Communications and Communication skills
  • Experience in creating press releases and strategic communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to develop engaging event concepts and experiences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
