Job Summary Join our rapidly growing team at IP Pathways, where we have doubled in size over the last few years The Solutions Architect is an architecture role that works very closely with Sales, Project Management, and Field Engineering in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, but also possess solid communication and consultative skills. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and the desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions to solve highly complex technical and business issues Maintain a high level of proficiency and knowledge in data center technology product Participate in project planning and preparation Assist with knowledge transfer to the field engineering organization Participate in strategic meetings with senior leaders both internally and with customers Requirements Expertiseand knowledge with the following technologies: SAN/NAS technologies Virtualization technologies Microsoft infrastructure solutions WAN/LAN and Wireless infrastructures Private, Public & Hybrid Cloud Highly organized and able to multitask Exceptional presentation skills Bachelors Degree Minimum of 7-10 years experience in Information Technology Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills Strong documentation skills Highly self-motivated and directed Exceptional customer service Consulting experience a plus Physical Requirements Ability to rack servers, switches, and other data center equipment.
