Join Constructor as a Solutions Architect, where you will drive innovative product initiatives and technical solutions for our valued clients. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute significantly to customer growth and retention by fusing your technical expertise with strategic vision to support eCommerce and overall business objectives. Your role will involve closely collaborating with our customers to understand their needs and goals, and effectively showcasing how Constructor's AI-powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform can be optimized to exceed their expectations. Your technical background, communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude will be crucial for achieving both sales and retention aims, while building lasting relationships with customers. The Solutions Architect will partner with both our Account Management and Customer Success teams, along with our Product organization. You will play a vital part in shaping company strategy, defining our product roadmap, and enabling revenue-generating teams. This position requires collaboration, a willingness to learn, and comfort in working across various departments. Solutions Architects are essential for thought leadership, producing clear documentation, and developing processes that drive our success.
