  • Manage Technical discussions to gain alignment, and act as a gatekeeper & negotiator with key business partners.
  • Develop and manage the product vision and roadmap throughout the entire product delivery process.
  • Lead requirement-gathering, user acceptance criteria, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers and leadership.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Prioritize with our business, product, and marketing, managing technical discussions to drive alignment.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.


What it takes to succeed:

  • 3+ years of related work experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience leading initiatives that span several teams and functional areas.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Advanced at writing business, technical & functional requirements.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the hospitality industry a plus.
