Air Components, Inc. is currently hiring a Compressed Air Equipment Service Technician to join its expanding service team. 

 

Service Technicians are responsible for the company’s professional image and reputation, as well as providing the highest level of customer service. Technicians are required to perform service repairs, equipment maintenance and replacements for customers. They are expected to follow all company guidelines, make quality repairs in a timely manner, take care of company property, and always present themselves in a professional manner. 


Responsibilities:

·        Perform field service, maintenance, and repair on air compressors and related compressed air equipment.

·        Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of compressed air equipment.

·        Travel to job sites in service area, and work with Service Coordinator to ensure schedule is maintained and any delays are properly communicated to customer.

·        Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of equipment and take photos as necessary.

·        Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts as necessary, and calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations.

·        Participate and seek out training opportunities, including yearly courses required to maintain Kaeser service certifications.

·        Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/system, preventative maintenance contracts, and additional services).
