We are a dynamic, private equity-backed manufacturer and distributor of premium Asian-inspired food products, committed to delivering exceptional quality and taste. As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are preparing to open a new 200,000 sq. ft. facility with a bold strategy to double our business within the next 2-3 years.


As the Vice President of Operations, in addition to our existing plant, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, overseeing the design and execution of our second facility project and drive value creation throughout the manufacturing organization. If you have proven world-class leadership skills in building a dynamic operations team, establishing effective management practices and processes, and coaching the team to greater levels of ownership and performance, let’s talk


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field a must; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of senior operations management experience in a world class, multi-site manufacturing environment with a well-recognized food/beverage manufacturing company.
  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale facility projects and driving operational growth.
  • Must have multi-site manufacturing leadership, GREENFIELD experience, food and/or beverage industry acumen, financial acumen.
  • Must have strong understanding and implementation of 5S, multiple TPM pillars, Red Zone
  • Must have ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization from the factory floor to the boardroom.
