Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Brooklyn, NY. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to merchant accounts. The day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support for various payment services.
