Position Snapshot:
VIVO is currently in search of an Account Supervisor with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Advertising, Public Relations, and the Marketing industry. The chosen candidate will be tasked with leading assigned client projects. The Account Supervisor will collaborate across different departments to ensure the timely delivery of client campaigns, consistently surpassing client expectations. Proficiency in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing strategies and tactics is a prerequisite for success in this role. Additionally, the Account Executive should demonstrate a keen understanding of project management, managing client expectations and a high attention to detail when delivering client work.

What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains deep and mutually beneficial client relationships; identifies opportunities, inspires them, learns from them, understands key business issues and regularly plans and facilitates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions.
- Develops a deep understanding of the client's business environment and audiences.
- Successfully manages multiple suppliers, partners and clients to ensure we reach successful outcomes for both the client and VIVO.
- Meets and exceeds revenue targets.
- Keeps stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manages expectations proactively.
- Identifies, pursues and converts organic growth opportunities and supports the management & conversion of new business opportunities.
- Foster positive client relationships and cultivate strong ties within integrated teams.
- Mentoring Account Executives.
- Establish transparent deliverables and timelines to ensure cohesive team alignment.
- Support the execution of integrated creative campaigns spanning digital, social media, print and video.
- Exhibit financial stewardship by overseeing budgets for projects that are out of scope to ensure accurate billing.
- Have critical thinking skills in anticipating client feedback and addressing project roadblocks.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
- Be up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
- Leverages client relationships for introductions to additional business units and brands.
- In-depth knowledge of client businesses and market challenges faced. Demonstrates VIVO’s strategic thinking, e.g., able to formulate strategic propositions and communicate these via client-ready decks. Ensures VIVO shares relevant solutions that meet client business objectives.
- Responsible for creating and distributing high quality written documentation (status reposts, agendas, contact reports, emails) and managing feedback from internal and external collaborators.
- Understanding of digital media and marketing.
What you’ll need:
Requirements
- Possess 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- An eye for detail and strong project management skills.
- Proven experience in implementing tactical implementation of digital, social, branding and content marketing campaigns, including both promotional and routine monthly campaigns.
- Familiarity with the capabilities and processes of agency departments, such as brand management, digital marketing management, social, media planning, analytics, etc.
- Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships; necessary capability, presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility with clients and colleagues.
- A passion for innovation and business strategy.
- Ability to build successful ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with key client contacts.
- Strong presentation skills, such as written, visual and verbal
- Demonstrated success in managing projects, schedules, and meeting client deadlines.
- Proficient in executing marketing strategy tactics within integrated campaigns.
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to work well with different individuals and work styles.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, project management software and Canva.
- Capacity to learn project management and reporting tools.
- Basic presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
