WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Customer relationship management and outbound sales calls to potential or past customers to educate them on product offerings, benefits, and promotions
- Support customers by answering product and service questions along with suggesting information about other products and services
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying customer complaints, determining cause and selecting an explanation and/or solution to rectify the problem
- Maintain customer records and update information
- Open and close account profiles
- Maintain financial information on accounts
- Process new orders, returns and refunds.
- Identify recurring concerns for the rest of the team to act upon
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced tech-oriented startup environment
- Excellent communication skills (digital and phone) and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable working in a small company environment, less than 30 people
- Ability to perform hybrid work (75% in office, 25% remote)
- Entrepreneurial attitude – get it done and do what it takes attitude / mentality with a willingness to make real and significant personal sacrifices to drive success
- Bachelor’s Degree
NICE TO HAVE:
- 1 to 2 years of Customer Support and/or sales experience within a Business-to-Consumer environment
- Experience with or knowledge of Zendesk, Five9 or similar platforms is preferred
- Experience automating systems and tasks
- Exceptional achievement of past sales goals – you are results driven and a self-starter
