We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will be a key player in driving business performance, optimizing processes, and shaping the future of our organization. As part of our dynamic team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, providing data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & Interpret Data: Gather and analyze complex data sets to provide insights that will inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders across various departments (finance, operations, marketing, IT) to define business requirements and create clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Develop Solutions: Use your analytical skills to model business scenarios and propose solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and business growth.
  • Monitor & Report: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports that provide visibility into business performance, helping leadership make informed decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Support Implementation: Assist in the design and deployment of new systems, tools, and processes, ensuring they align with business goals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving prowess, with a natural curiosity to dig into data and identify patterns.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.
