Our aim isn't just about improving buildings; it's about creating perfect places that improve people's lives.Transform the everyday with usThe OEM Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing OEM relationships of assigned key accounts. You will represent the entire portfolio of offerings provided by various segments of the Buildings business unit. The OEM Key Account Manager will focus on increasing market share and revenue growth. You will have the strategic function of developing and leading overall growth, retention, and strategic planning of the Global Key Account initiative.As the OEM Key Account Manager, you will:Have full account responsibility and together with a global team of regional sales representatives you act as first point of contact for your key customerActively communicate with our key clients, conducting regular business reviews and identifying short- and long-term opportunities to strengthen the partnership. The job owner will be instrumental in setting targets, developing, and implementing global strategies and managing the execution of any action plans.Identify and assess your customer's critical needs, define, and manage those requirements in collaboration with our various departments and segments while keeping your accounts informed. You will involve your customers in new product developments and manage regular product management update meetings.Own the global supply contract and keep track of all contractual obligations and be accountable for the regular legal and commercial international frame agreement negotiations. You will lead a global account team (functional responsibility) for each of your key accounts and coordinate and manage cross-border activities.Own global account coordination and Project/Opportunity pipeline development & trackingYou will make an impact with these qualifications:10+ years OEM Key Account Management sales experienceBachelor's degreeMust be able to travel up to 50% of the timeMust be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violationsLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Mechanical or Electrical degreeBuilding automation controls experience and strong project management experienceSenior level sales and relationship building experience with a successful track record in new account development and revenue growth within existing accountsExperience in strategic sellingExperience with analysis, planning, and forecastingProficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and ExcelStrong communication and presentation skillsReady to create your own journey?
