The Blood bank Laboratory Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory under the guidance of the Laboratory Director. This position involves organizing and coordinating clinical functions within an assigned section while independently managing work flows to meet workload demands. The Hospital Laboratory Blood Bank Coordinator will performs a wide range of clinical tests across various laboratory areas, demonstrating versatility and expertise. In the absence of the Laboratory Director and Assistant Manager, they take on additional responsibilities, overseeing daily laboratory operations. The Ideal candidate will be ASCP certified and have blood bank and generalist experience.
