Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on long-term initiatives. Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects, contributing your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Tier 2 Escalation: Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for challenging technical problems that cannot be resolved at Tier 1. Investigate and resolve these escalated issues efficiently.
  • Versatile Support: Handle a variety of tasks, with some days focused on ticket resolution and others on project work. Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in an environment where every day presents unique challenges.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Help develop and update documentation to ensure the team has access to the latest information.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients and end-users as needed, providing top-notch client-facing skills. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure our products meet their expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience
  • NextGen Administration: Proven experience with NextGen administration, including configuration and maintenance of NextGen systems.
  • Windows and Windows Servers: Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Windows server environments, including basic troubleshooting and administration.
  • SQL: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation. Experience with database maintenance is a plus.
  • Documentation Skills: Strong passion for and proficiency in documentation. The ability to create clear and concise documentation is essential for this role.
  • Client Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service. You should be comfortable working directly with clients and end-users.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically when faced with complex issues.
  • Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in an environment with a varying workload.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
