Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor data feeds between IT, accounting, and payroll systems, providing support and corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to manage implementation, training options, and support of accounting systems.
  • Maintain EDI relationships and monitor EDI data feeds.
  • Maintain reporting structure for reporting in a multi-location and multi-entity environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CIS, or related field, or 3+ years' work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Moderate understanding of database design.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of GAAP accounting.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central strongly preferred.
  • Experience with writing reports, Jet Reports preferred.
  • Experience supporting or using Blackline preferred.
