Our client is recruiting a Strategic partner with Salesforce Partner for providing Salesforce services and solutions, specializing in helping Banking and Financial Services companies harness the power of Salesforce to drive business growth and digital transformation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader / Client Partner to drive sales and revenue growth within the BFS industry verticals selling Salesforce services.


  • The Client is an multinational technology services company
  • Mix of both Farming & Individual Contributor Target Hunting Business Development (50-60% of hunting exp) needed
  • Must have experience selling salesforce solutions within BFSI sector
  • This is a Hybrid role, so would expect the candidate in the office min of 3 days


Job Description:

As a Sales Leader / Client Partner specializing in the BFS industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Salesforce by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients in the technology sector, and promoting our comprehensive suite of Salesforce services and solutions. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to our company's growth and success by leveraging your industry knowledge, Salesforce knowledge and sales expertise to engage with C-suite and senior business leaders, and position our offerings as the solution of choice for their digital transformation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth selling Salesforce services and solutions within the BFS industry verticals in the United States.

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts, building strong, long-term relationships, and understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales, solutions, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor compelling solutions and proposals that address the specific requirements of BFS clients.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of successful sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of selling Salesforce services or solutions to Hi-Tech or ISV companies.

- Experience in outsourcing model, working with offshore teams and flexible to accommodate multiple timezones

- Deep understanding of the BFS industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and key players.

- Experience selling Salesforce services or solutions is highly preferred; Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.

- Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that delivers measurable results.
