Sales Administrative Assistant

The Sales Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to our Sales Manager and Account Executives. The duties of the Sales Assistant include collateral ordering, lead management in Salesforce, strict adherence to company guidelines and processes, event coordination, and ad placement for marketing and promotional purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training of new Account Executive hires on SalesForce, SharePoint, & QManager
Liaison with current Corporate Business Sales Administrator to handle requests and queries from Vice President of Sales and other Senior Metronet Management
Budget recording, code submission to accounting, and tracking
Order collateral & marketing material for Account Executives & Managers
Tier 1 Support for SalesForce
Managing leads & accounts in Salesforce CRM system
Adherence to company guidelines, processes, and rules.
Attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
Coordination of various administrative tasks and projects.
Event coordination and support.
Ad placement for marketing and promotional activities.
Other duties as required

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Knowledge of budget tracking and accounting processes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability to travel on occasion for training
High School degree: additional experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is preferredLearn More
