Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Lpn/lvn in Denton, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering supported living center. With our national support structures, you can trust that Supplemental Health Care will be there when you need us. Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,180 - $1,302 per week*
- 26-week contract with possibility of extension
- SNF
- Supported living center
- PM shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Texas Lpn/lvn License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- SNF experience preferred
