  • Lead and manage the IT infrastructure, application maintenance, vendor relationships.
  • Manage all IT personnel including the Technology Services Manager, help desk, and project staff.
  • Develop and implement long-term technical strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Manage and track IT-related budgets, including annual and project-related expenditures; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure maintenance of current applications and technology systems are updated.
  • Process Improvement: Provide technical input and resource management to support corporate process improvement initiatives, including user/department needs and core system application modifications.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing a full-service IT department
  • Sound leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
  • Expert knowledge of network design, implementation, administration, and maintenance
  • Experience developing and maintaining budgets
