Conduct customer visits on a regular basis to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and manage sales activities within established budgets and timelines. Develop solutions in challenges of sales processes, ensuring smooth operations. Participate in business development meetings and negotiate agreements with potential partners. Prepare and present proposals including pricing, terms, and conditions to existing and potential customers. Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales knowledge and performance. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts. Responsible for sales performance, margin management, and A/R collections within assigned accounts. Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and trade shows. Assist customers with existing and new orders, account statuses, and relevant problems. Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies. Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and deliveries. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications And Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 12 years of sales, customer service, or account support experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support sales decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to travel as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
