Coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent.Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products.Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance.Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy.Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One.Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: The candidate should be a tenacious decision maker.Solid people leadership experience: Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team.Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials.Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals.Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field.At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis.At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis.At least 1 year of experience in people management.At least 1 year of experience in project management.At least 2 years of SQL experience or other relational data manipulation or analysis experience.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field.5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.2+ years of experience in people management.2+ years of experience in product development.2+ years of experience in financial modeling.2+ years of experience in economic forecasting.2+ years of experience in project management.3+ years of SQL experience or other relational data manipulation or analysis experience.Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position. Capital One is open to hiring a remote employee for this opportunity.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:Sales Territory: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business ManagerNew York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Business ManagerRemote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business ManagerAnytown, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business ManagerMcLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Business ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
