Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate customer meetings, including kick-off and status updates, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Internal Collaboration: Oversee internal operations and engineering teams to facilitate smooth planning, communication, and implementation of solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Translate customer requirements to cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met and expectations are managed.
  • Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary contact for project discussions and status updates.
  • Project Management: Conduct critical path analysis, manage deployment risks, and make independent decisions to affect project scope.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate work quality, recommend alternatives, and ensure project documents are complete and accurately stored.
  • Organizational Support: Track organizational priorities, organize meetings, and create reports and presentations as needed.


Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.


Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in enterprise telecommunications or a related field.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.


Desired Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in direct and indirect people management.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, including requirement definition, resource scheduling, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of OSP/ISP construction and Ethernet technologies.
  • Familiarity with carrier installation, testing, and turn-up procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and resources to deliver time-sensitive projects.
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management and adapting project management approaches to meet client needs.
