Business Development ManagerKWOYA-Eidemiller Precision Machining is looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the quoting process, drive new business, and ensure competitive pricing for Kyowa-Eidemiller Precision Machining. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the Plant Manager and Director of Operations to submit accurate, timely quotes and follow up on all RFQs (Requests for Quotes) to ensure high quote acceptance rates.Key Responsibilities:Work with internal teams (Sales, Plant, Office) to gather necessary quoting data.Track and report on quote activity (wins, losses, and follow-ups).Collaborate with Accounting for quote vs. actual profitability analysis.Attend customer/vendor meetings as required.Previous sales experience necessary. Engineering or Mechanical experience and aptitude helpful. In office 3 days, on the road 2 days (Monday-Friday). Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our office and travel throughout the territory. Initial training period will be in house with some travel with other managers. Must have good computer skills. Must have excellent written, verbal and math skills. Knowledge of database management, MS Office and ERP Systems. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Drivers License Required. College preferred.Submit quotes to ensure on time and competitive quote submissions.Requirements:Experience with Job Boss^2, ERP system and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of machining processes and cost estimation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Quote acceptance rateSales growthAccuracy of gross profit margins
