The Safety Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and project support to Safety groups.



Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years clerical work
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word, and the ability to be trained in the use of the company-specific applications and software


Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of, and exposure to, Human Resource information systems; Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications including Microsoft Teams and Power BI as needed. Familiarity with Workday HRIS a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and adept at working with internet search engines.
  • Experience drafting written communication for internal and external audiences desired.
  • High level of attention to detail.
