Customer Service Rep.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 to 3:00 pm (with a paid 30 minute break).
Labelink is currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (this is not a call-center position). As part of our customer service team, daily interaction with key customers will be a top priority. Providing timely solutions to challenges, due dates, pricing, and other customer related functions is critical. This position also involves repeated and regular contact with other Labelink employees, providing support as needed.
- Entails daily contact with a wide variety of customers and products through telephone conversation and email.
- Timely communication and response is necessary.
- All written and verbal communications are expected to follow a high level of business acumen. Exceptional follow up and follow through skills are a must.
- Requires the entering of production job information on a daily basis into our 4D print management software.
- Timeliness and accuracy are essential requirements of this task.
- Providing timely solutions to questions, challenges, due dates, pricing and other customer-based requirements and needs is another very important aspect of this role.
- Hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 7am-3pm.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2- 5 years Customer Service experience in manufacturing setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely accurate with your work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional and effective communicator.
- Proficient computer skills such as MS Office and other common office equipment and software.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to efficiently multitask.
- Act effectively and in a positive manner always with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
- Manage all aspects of deadlines correctly and accurately.
- Properly utilize company software to enter customer orders.
- Capable of working in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to effectively meet critical deadlines.
- Excited about learning new systems, products, and methods.
- Someone who excels in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Follow Company policies and procedures.
- Integrity and honesty are critical in this environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and contribute to a culture focused on a sense of urgency and accountability for key metrics.
- Able to demonstrate consistent quality time management.
- Knowledge of flexographic printing is an asset.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and an outstanding customer experience.
