Sr. Account Manager - Health PlansNavitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager - Health Plans to join our teamThe Sr. Account Manager will be part of an account team that values our client relationships and operational excellence and will play an integral role as the face of our organization to clients daily. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for leading projects and operational ownership for some of our most complex and strategic client accounts. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for the operational execution of client strategies and plan design and serve as the voice of the customer cross-functionally throughout the organization. Through operational expertise, the Sr. Account Manager will be able to advise clients and co-workers on plan design considerations and opportunities for improvement.Is this you? Find out more belowResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retention.Supports more complex, high-profile and strategic books of business.Collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure best in class customer service and benefit solutions delivered efficiently and effectively.Facilitates and/or participates in client meetings to advise and advance resolution of open action items and/or provide routine status updates.Facilitates the process for benefit changes on behalf of clients and provides direction on how those changes need to be implemented.Participates in, adheres to and supports compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.This role may require participation in conference calls, attendance at meetings or, travel outside of normal business hours.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or related area or equivalent experience.Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance or health care industry.2+ years of account management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.5+ years of experience in a customer service role.Without degree: Ability to demonstrate experience in critical thinking, prioritization, performance under pressure and relationship building.Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.Top of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance20 days paid time off4 weeks paid parental leave9 paid holidays401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirementAdoption Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEducational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistanceReferral Bonus Program up to $750RemoteUS
