What You'll Do
The Accounting Manager, is a pivotal role targeted at elevating our financial systems through financial automation, improving reporting accuracy and effectively managing costs. The role will work closely with the finance team and play a key role in implementing our new MRP system.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Track and assess inventory activity, including purchases, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting to enhance financial efficiency and cost management.
• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing to maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices, payments, and collections are processed correctly.
• Generate and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage fixed assets, oversee depreciation calculations, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead the implementation of the MRP system, optimizing processes and automation.
• Support senior management with financial insights, assisting in the preparation and analysis of key reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to implement and optimize ERP or MRP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).

• Reducing manual accounting tasks by leveraging automation tools.
• Ensuring accurate cost tracking and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $100K - $150K (based on experience).
