We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Enterprise Sales to join a rapidly-growing Tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key enterprise clients. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and execute sales plans that align with our business objectives.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in any of the following industries: Software, Retail, POS, Payment processing systems, or SaaS.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
