What We’re Looking For:


·     Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work or Psychology and licensed or license-eligible in Maryland.

·     Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with clients with severe and persistent mental illness. Experience with residential or partial hospitalization programs is preferred.


Your Role and Responsibilities:


·     Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

·     Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed.

·     Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.

·     Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.

·     Promote recovery and community participation among residents.

·     Applicants with specialized roles should highlight your unique skills. For example, psychologists may have opportunities to perform evaluations; expressive therapists may have opportunities for provide relevant therapeutic individual and group experiences for clients.


Salary: Competitive and Negotiable (based on credential(s) and experience)


Physical and Environmental Conditions:


  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers for computer and telephone tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and manage the stress of assisting diverse patients.
  • Work in a typical interior environment with no hazardous elements.
