  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a Solution Architect role, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Thycotic Secret Server (or similar PAM solutions).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Thycotic Secret Server platforms, privileged access management tools, and related technologies. Experience in system integration, configuration, and customization is essential.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and leading junior team members, particularly offshore teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client Focused: A proactive approach to client support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
  • Certification in Thycotic or related PAM technologies.
