JOB DESCRIPTION

Lotus counseling and Wellness Center  is looking for an independently licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC) who is licensed in Kentucky that is skilled in working with adults and children in an outpatient setting. An additional license as a LCADC would be very beneficial. You will have the opportunity to work in a shared space, full time, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays optinally, as an independent contractor who is self-directed and motivated. Previous private practice experience is highly valued, as you will already be paneled with insurance companies, however it is not required.  Lotus Counseling and Wellness Center will provide some of the marketing through our website and social media. The independent therapist will have the opportunity to see patients in-person or through our built-in, HIPAA compliant telehealth and electronic health record platform. All billing is handled internally through our Office Manager.   

COMPENSATION

Current compensation will follow a private practice model and be based on the independently licensed therapists’ ability to both see and bill for care through insurance and/or private pay therefore the pay can range based upon insurance reimbursements at 70% earned income, with 30% paying for overhead.
