Position: Licensed Practical Nurse / Geriatric Medicine

Schedule: Full Time 8am-5pm

Location: Decatur, GA

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with extensive experience in patient care and a solid understanding of a specific patient demographic.

  • Offer direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families under supervision
  • Support physicians and registered nurses in patient care
  • Assist in diagnostic procedures
  • Monitor and track patients' conditions and progress
  • Handle medical equipment inventory and maintain exam/treatment rooms
  • Record patient vital signs and measurements in the medical record system

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
  • Licensure/Certification: LPN license in Georgia, current BLS certification
