If you are a current CNA with memory care experience take your career to the next level by working with SAGE.  SAGE is the premier advanced dementia organization in the St. Louis and South County area.

As a SAGE Memory Care Professional, your primary objective will be to offer personalized person-centered activity-based care and support for individuals with memory loss, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and fostering a positive and meaningful client experience. 

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour | Full-time Positions Available

Responsibilities:

  • Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide meaningful companionship and engage clients in activities like reading, games, and other mentally stimulating tasks that align with person-centered, activity-based care.
  • Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with ADLs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, and feeding.
  • Household Support: Perform light housekeeping, assist with errands, and provide transportation as outlined in the care plan.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Document completed tasks and regularly monitor clients, reporting any changes in their physical condition, cognitive ability, or behavior to Care Coordinators.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dementia care.
    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle with current registration, and insurance.
  • Reliable means of transportation to travel to and from work.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
