JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee all daily field operations
  • Review contracts and scope of work for subs and vendors
  • Coordinate all change orders and plan revisions with subs
  • Scheduling and quality control of all subs and suppliers
  • Attend client meetings to review progress and help with design selections
  • Responsible for job safety and security
  • Submit daily reports to office and update project schedule for owners
  • Coordinate as built/revision drawings with architect and engineer
  • Prepare subcontractor punch lists and schedule warranty repairs
  • Submit permits, revisions, and misc. paperwork to local building department
  • Schedule inspections and meet with Building Inspectors on site
