Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team to identify and drive improvements within our Incident Management practice. You will leverage your experience and skillset to help establish an effective Incident Management governance model with a key focus on incident ticket data quality. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in system process analysis, a deep understanding of Incident Management within ITIL, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The System Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Responsibilities
" Analyze geospatial data for insights and decision-making.
" Oversee geospatial projects to meet standards.
" Provide technical support and guidance.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
" Develop and maintain geospatial databases.
" Use advanced geospatial tools for data analysis and visualization.
" Manage incidents related to geospatial data and systems.
" Implement ITIL V4 practices for incident management.
" Conduct audits and assessments of geospatial data and systems.
" Prepare and present reports on data analysis and project progress.
" Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
" Provide training and support to team members.
" Stay updated with geospatial technology trends.

Qualifications
" Strong background in geospatial data analysis and management.
" Extensive experience in Incident Management and ITIL V4.
" Proficiency in advanced geospatial tools and software.
" Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
" Strong communication and presentation skills.
" High attention to detail and data accuracy.
" Certification: ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
