As a Health Payer Workforce Management Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Client Engagement and Consulting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for payer workforce management engagements.

Heres what you need:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management and consulting, with a focus on payer clients including claims operations, PDM operations, and call center operations.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Master‘s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry forecasting models, associated technologies available in the market, and other work forecasting and supply management leading practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workforce data and develop effective solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives
  • Experience working with or leading global teams.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
