Basic Job Functions:Duties of the successful candidate include but are not limited to the following:Primary Function: - Support Regional Commercial Managers and a network of sales representatives in developing and maintaining new business by serving as an in-person, customer-facing, technical resource- Build and sustain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and specifications.- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism as a sole representative of the company.- Lead strategic engineering and business planning initiatives to drive business growth and enhance product knowledge.- Mentor and guide less experienced team members.- Travel frequently to customer office and trade shows to support business development efforts.
