This role requires international travel 2-4 times a year.


Job Purpose

Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, this person will support the planning, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of paid social advertising for BritBox campaigns in the US, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and South Africa.


The ideal candidate will be data-driven, diligent, and passionate about using paid social advertising platforms to drive results. They are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing deadlines, and to deal with a large volume of work while maintaining a high bar for quality of output. They will have direct experience working campaigns across multiple paid social platforms, and an eagerness to learn and grow as part of a small but high-performing team. They will thrive when working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in paid social, ideally at an agency or for an in-house team.
  • Familiarity with Meta (formerly Facebook) Ads Manager required. Experience with Twitter, Reddit or TikTok Ads, or with Google Ads or Google Campaign Manager, a plus.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets to manipulate data and presentation tools to visualize data.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry or with subscription-based clients gets extra bonus points.
  • Excellent academic background, with a quantitative background preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Coordination of briefing and asset delivery with Creative Team
  • Trafficking of paid social creatives for new campaign launches across multiple platforms, territories and campaign objectives
  • Monitoring performance and performing creative and budget optimizations to maximize sign ups
  • Implementing a test-and-learn strategy to iteratively improve paid social creatives and audience targeting tactics
  • Supporting development of paid social strategy, including expansion to new social platforms
  • Working with broader Paid Media Team to support additional media channels such as Paid Search, Affiliates, Influencers, and Podcasts.
  • Processing invoices for social vendors


We work flexibly at BritBox, to support new markets some work may be conducted outside of US business hours to coordinate with territories in other time zones.

Salary Range: $55-65K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential

Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
