Some of those things include:


  • Heavy calendar management, report generations and distribution
  • Collaborating with financial professionals and staff on processes including escalation
  • Creation of meeting agendas and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support recruiting functions from sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate follow up
  • Work with the COO to provide general operations support including escalations
  • Support technology, security, and telephone support
  • Assist with mail, front office, and help facilitate backup for daily operations
  • Support other projects and tasks that might come up


Since this is a client facing role, this role can only be performed in person.


Qualifications


  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to understand and complete tasks with high levels of precision.
  • Understanding and implementation of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with a variety of individuals and groups in a collaborative way.
  • Managing multiple priorities that can include multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities.
  • Knowledge of office administration activities with the ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks in support of local and remote teams.
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard and advocating for change.


Other Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in business a plus
  • The career model for this position is Administration Contributing II/Operations Coordinator who reports directly to the Executive Vice President.
