Bella Santé, meaning ‘beautiful health’, is one of the most recognizable spa brands in New England. We are seeking a Part-Time Hair Stylist Assistant in our Wellesley location to join our prestigious team.

The Hair Stylist Assistant is responsible for assisting the team of stylists with client and spa needs. Through observation of the stylists, this candidate will receive ample opportunity to learn different techniques and grow their skill set. While in this role, this candidate will perform shampooing, conditioning and blow-drying services on Guests. Assist the Stylists with preparing the Guests for services, prepare color formulation, sweep and maintain the salon. Candidates will be evaluated on each service performed. Through the evaluation process, candidates in this program will gain more hands-on experience with additional services offered to clients to become a sought-after stylist in the company.

Applicants must have a current Cosmetology license.
