Overseeing crews and projects for alarm install, coordinating with GCs, scheduling jobs, and ordering materials.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversees and communicates project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation.
  • Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Conducts Work in Progress meetings.
  • Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications.
  • Coordinates change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job.
  • Developing a relationship with customers and partners to serve as point of contact.


Education And/or Experience

2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of NFPA and IEC standards, Underwriter’s requirements and applicable building codes preferred.


Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
