The Secretary will ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the company. This role supports the companys corporate governance, compliance with Singapore laws, and app store regulations, while advising the board on governance and legal matters related to app distribution.

On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Governance:

- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other applicable laws, including timely filing of annual returns, financial reports, and maintaining statutory records.

- Advise the board on governance and prepare meeting minutes.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure app compliance with PDPA, app store guidelines, and software licensing laws.

- Manage filings with ACRA and app-related financial disclosures.

3. Board Communication:

- Communicate legal obligations related to iOS app development and distribution.

- Communicate industry trends affecting compliance.

4. Record Keeping:

- Maintain records of app development milestones, IP, and financials records related to cost and app revenues, and shareholder details.

- Manage documentation for app store agreements and software licenses.

5. HR Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to the Employment Act for all staff.

6. Others:

- Undertaking a variety of secretarial & administrative tasks to facilitate office operation.

- Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned in drafting and typing of letters.
