We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support a District, Area, or Functional group by managing assigned projects and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for tracking project deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and providing timely reports. Your ability to maintain accuracy, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with the team will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure accurate project and program status, including third-party management systems.
  • Create and distribute relevant correspondence for the team, projects, and programs (both internal and external).
  • Assist with administrative preparation for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready.
  • Communicate potential issues to management before they reach critical status.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete project and program files, ensuring ongoing integrity and completeness.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required.
  • Issue vendor Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
  • Manage various office functions such as supply ordering, package shipments, event coordination, and vendor coordination and payment (e.g., garbage, utilities, coffee, etc.).
Education & Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a general business environment with a focus on project coordination and/or administration.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn various tracking and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment.
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach.
Working Conditions
  • This position operates in a typical office environment with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $20 - $30/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
