[Poste basé à Lille, Lyon, Tours]

L'opportunité

Nous réalisons les services de relation clients pour des grandes banques européennes grâce à notre solution Contact. Cette solution Web, mise à disposition en mode SaaS, permet de gérer la communication et le suivi complet des échanges avec les clients quelque soit le canal d'échange (téléphone, mails, SMS, chat, visio, chatbot…).

Afin de se renforcer et accompagner notre croissance importante nous recherchons un.e Responsable d'Application F/H passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies ainsi que le contact client.

Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous serez amené(e) à participer à toutes les phases du cycle de vie de nos projets de déploiements et de maintenance, participer à la relation client et partenaires internes, et contribuer à la qualité et la maintenabilité des solutions en production.

Nos postes sont basés sur nos sites de Lille, Lyon et Tours.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien s'articulent autour de 3 axes

  1. Appréhender, comprendre et analyser les demandes clientes
    • Relation quotidienne avec le client ;
    • Comprendre son métier et ses besoins ;
    • Connaitre la solution Worldline Contact ;
    • Etudier et analyser les demandes ;
  1. Elaborer les solutions
    • Proposer avec les experts la solution (corrective ou évolutive) adaptée ;
    • Définir le plan de mise en œuvre (spécifications, planning, tests) ;
    • Participer aux phases de réalisation et développements en fonction de vos compétences techniques ;
    • Valider le bon fonctionnement ;
  1. Suivre et piloter les demandes et sujets
    • Coordonner les sujets dont vous avez la charge ;
    • Collaborer avec vos collègues ainsi que les équipes en charge du Produit Contact ou du Run pour réussir les missions ;

Les missions qui vous seront confiées requièrent de l'autonomie, le sens et le gout du contact ainsi qu'une curiosité technique qui vous donne la volonté d'apprendre au quotidien. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas

Vous serez accompagné(e) par nos experts fonctionnels et techniques, et vous serez bien sûr formé(e) à notre solution Contact.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Nous recherchons des personnes capables d'impulser des changements positifs, d'aller de l'avant et de montrer la voie à suivre - des personnes passionnées, ayant une attitude positive et une soif d'apprendre et de progresser.

En pratique, cela signifie :

De formation en informatique (bac +3/4/5), vous êtes expérimenté(e) et possédez un bon bagage technique afin de comprendre l'architecture de l'application ;

Vous connaissez une ou plusieurs de ces technologies : Java/Spring, Angular/HTML5/CSS, plateforme Cloud (OpenShift) et conteneurisation (Docker) ;

Vous savez travailler en équipe grâce à de bonnes qualités relationnelles ;

Une expérience en relation client est un plus.
