Responsibilities:

Spearhead research initiatives aimed at establishing our Hi-C technology as the leading method for identifying genomic rearrangements in various clinical scenarios and with key partners.

Direct the development of future products, services, and applications, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of our Hi-C sample processing workflows.


Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze genomic data through established or novel bioinformatics tools and algorithms.

Interpret results, propose subsequent actions to the leadership team, and engage in strategy discussions.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, interdisciplinary teams, and leaders across the organization.

Engage in technical collaborations with external partners.

Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology, scientific discoveries, and medical literature, particularly in cancer molecular diagnostics and the wider applications of our offerings.


Deliver technical presentations internally and at scientific conferences.

Proactively identify potential project hurdles, strategize solutions, and escalate complex issues to management appropriately.

Contribute to R&D team meetings by promoting a culture of curiosity, critical analysis, and an understanding of technology commercialization and product development.


Take part in special projects as assigned, contributing to team and individual goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.
D. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or a related field, with relevant experience.

Demonstrated passion for leveraging genomic structure research to advance understanding of human diseases.

Dedicated to developing advanced genomic solutions.

Proficient in various genomic assays (e.g., Hi-C, ChIP, RNA-seq) and next-generation sequencing prep techniques.

Experienced in statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP).

Ability to thrive both in teamwork settings and when working independently.

Exceptional detail orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, highly organized, and capable of initiating and managing projects.

Preferred

Qualifications:
Experience with bioinformatics and genomic data analysis.

Knowledge of cancer genomics and molecular diagnostics.

Familiarity with the product development lifecycle in a biotech or genomic research context.

Demonstrated ability to present complex scientific data to diverse audiences.

Leadership experience in managing research or technology development projects.
