Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor. In this role you will provide supervision and direction for field staff manage clinical field staff and ensure highquality patient care. We are looking for compassionate individuals with experience as a Registered Nurse in home care and management experience. This is a fulltime position with a hybrid schedule and remote work opportunities. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as liaison between field and office staff. Responsible for direct management of the PODs Clinical Field Staff assigning tasks and objectives and establishing clear measurables for monitoring results versus objectives. Responsible for the development and engagement of PODs Clinical Field Staff by fostering a motivating work environment that recognizes and rewards strong performance. Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports Update Clinical Record on an ongoing basis as relates to communications orders rehospitalizations conflicts etc. Evaluate and address customer concerns including documentation and resolution. Communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues that arise and may affect referral source relationships. Evaluate client episode to determine appropriateness of discharges versus recertification and initiation of orders as appropriate. Review staff schedules to assure productivity communicating with PSC of staff availability as well as providing Clinical Manager with projected productivity for staff once/week. Schedule and Shift Details Hybrid role with some in field and in office time and opportunity for remote work MonFri 8a5p rotating weekend/oncall 12 per quarter 2 holidays per year
