We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to join a client in Fremont. This position is 100% onsite and can be a temp-to-hire role based on performance. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Job Duties:
- Process purchase orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
- Follow up with clients on orders and communicate with internal sales & production teams.
- Assist with RMA's.
- Track and manager orders when needed.
- Follow up on tasks and make sure all shipping samples, replacement parts and units are sent to clients.
- Ensure paperwork is filled out accurately in company portal.
- Process orders, create credit memos, ship samples and parts, new account set up.
Requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill including Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
- SAP experience
- Prior Sales Support Experience.
- Associate Degree
- Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
