Hybrid - 4 days in office per week


Description:

This role is responsible for qualifying and processing new sales leads from our client's website, 1800 number, chat, direct response marketing campaigns, and social media. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and research. A dynamic personality with good communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.


Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.


Process new leads over the telephone, chat, direct mail and e-marketing channels. Follow up on leads and qualify potential prospects.


Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how our client's products and services can help address the needs.


Serve as the subject matter expert to all advertising products and services


Track and analyze prospects to qualified leads conversion. Conduct follow-up communications in order to move leads through the sales funnel.


Work across the Brand Marketing + Strategy team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.


Provide timely feedback and make recommendations regarding the Customer Journey based on interaction with potential prospects and clients to enhance the beginning to end customer experience.


Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.


Support multiple database projects with goal of enhancing business rules to improve quality of leads.


Familiarity with UNICA, SQL, Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Alteryx is optional.


Perform other duties as assigned


Level I - 0-2 Years work experience
